Fair Usage Policy:

Subject to this fair usage policy, there are limits on the number of free consultancy assistency for re-design or changes in your cloud IP-PBX system. We always delivery a free support and initial consultancy to design, deploy or make changes to your Service. However there are some limitations and clarifications for the Virtual Office IP-PBX:

– You could ask for one configuration change per month and we would do that for you without any charge. Additional re-design or re-configuration changes will require a payment of USD$10 each time.

– If You want to learn how to apply changes by your-self, you could ask for training (30 minutes). This first session training is free only one time per customer. Additional sessions training are available with cost of USD$30 per 30 minutes.

In order to avoid aditional charges, we sugges to have clear your needs or requirement. Thinks abouth the expected call-flow and IP-PBX behaviour. Also please check our knowledge base, FAQ and tutorial videos.


  • Remember there is not any obligations to keep the DID phone number. The system sends email notification messages before the expiration date, so you could add money to your customer account and the system would renew the service automatically.
  • If you do not want to use the DID service anymore, then you must contact Us in order to avoid the automatic charge of another monthly service.
  • If your customer account does not have enough money to renew the service, then the system will expire the DID and you will have lost the DID phone number.
  • If you have in mind to use the DID service for a longtime, we suggest paying in advance many months and receive benefits like discounts or coupons for instance.
